Indoor Zumba is back! Zumba is an extremely fun total body workout. This class will improve your cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, not to mention it is less than $6 per class!

Meet your Instructor: Lauren Smurda is a South Whitehall resident and avid fitness instructor. Lauren has been a fitness instructor for over 5 years working both at Fitness Plaza as well as Steel Fitness Premier with a special love for teaching Zumba.

2024 Program Details:

Session 1:

• Thursday evenings from 5:30pm - 6:30pm
• Beginning January 11th- February 15th
• Location-  Parkway Manor Elementary School Cfeteria (side entance)
• $40 for 6 classes
