The Finance Department is responsible for all Township and Authority financial activities including purchasing, sales to the Township, collection of all revenues due to the Township and Authority, preparation of the annual budget as approved by the Board of Commissioners and Board of Authority, respectively, and the maintenance of all fiscal and accounting functions.  The Finance Department is also responsible for the billing and collection of Water, Sewer, and Refuse utilities.
