South Whitehall Township, in partnership with Parkland School District, will be offering our annual indoor Yoga classes for seniors (age 55+). The classes will be offered this fall and winter to senior citizens who reside in the Parkland School District. The classes are free of charge but donations for the instructor are greatly appreciated. Please bring your own Yoga Mat!
