New & Additional Toters:

If you would like to purchase a new or additional toter please complete the Additional Toter Request Form. 

 

Toters Damaged by Hauler: 

If your toter was damaged by the hauler during pickup, please fill out the Damaged Toter Claim Form to make a claim to have it replaced. Please email the completed form, along with photos of your damaged toter to utilities@southwhitehall.com.

  • Your claim will be reviewed by Township staff, as well as the hauler and you will be notified if your claim has been approved or denied.
  • We will contact you if your claim is incomplete or we have additional questions. 
  • If you receive notification that your claim was approved the hauler will deliver the replacement toter to you.
  • Once your new toter is received, you may place your damaged toter by the curb on your trash pick-up day with a note stating it is damaged
