Payment by Check

Checks can be mailed to 4444 Walbert Ave Allentown, PA 18104 or paid in person. Separate checks are required for water and sewer payments.  If separate checks are not issued, your payment will be returned.  Make check payable to South Whitehall Township.

Online Payments

Citizen Self Service is a portal that gives residents of South Whitehall Township the ability to pay utility bills by credit card, eCheck, and PayPal. Once you create an account, you can link your Water, Sewer, and Refuse accounts, add bills to your cart, and check out online. You can pay multiple bills at once, up to $500 with a $3.39 fee per transaction for credit card or PayPal or $1.73 for eCheck. Additionally, in the portal you can view your utility usage by viewing a digital copy of your bill and opt in to receive your utility bills by email.

CURRENT WATER METERED RATE:

Current Rates: $30.00 base charge per quarter per connection plus $7.44/1,000 Gallons. This rate applies only to customers connected to SWT water lines.

Meters are read on a quarterly basis.  There is a base charge of $30 per quarter plus consumption. Customers are billed quarterly.  Bills are mailed on the 1st of the month and are due within 30 days.  Separate checks are required for water and sewer payments.  If separate checks are not issued, your payment will be returned.  Pay online or make a check payable to South Whitehall Township.

CURRENT WATER FLAT RATE:

Current Rate: $118.00/quarter. This rate applies only to customers not connected to SWT water lines.

Customers are billed quarterly.  Bills are mailed on the 1st of the month and must be paid within 30 days.  Separate checks are required for water and sewer payments.  If separate checks are not issued, your payment will be returned.  Pay online or make a check payable to South Whitehall Township.

CURRENT SEWER FLAT RATE:

Current Rate: $35.00 base charge plus $87.50 per EDU per quarter.  This rate applies only to customers not connected to SWT sewer lines.

Customers are billed quarterly.  Bills are mailed on the 1st of the month and must be paid within 30 days.  Separate checks are required for water and sewer payments.  If separate checks are not issued, your payment will be returned.  Pay online or make a check payable to South Whitehall Township.

Current Rate: $35.00 base charge per quarter per sewer connection plus $4.79/1,000 Gallons. This rate applies only to customers connected to SWT sewer lines.
